- Account Information: When you register via Google Sign-In or Email, we collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
- Subscription Data: When purchasing a Pro Membership (₹199 or $19), payments are handled securely by Razorpay. We do not store raw payment card data.
- Usage Telemetry: We process media files strictly for real-time format conversion. Converted streams are purged immediately upon delivery.
3. Zero-Log Data Retention
We do not maintain permanent copies of processed videos, audio files, or images on our cloud servers. All transcode segments and temporary files are automatically wiped from volatile memory within seconds of completion.
